ACF Fiorentina – PAOK: Tickets
PAOK FC announce that tickets for the UEFA Europa League matchday 5 encounter between ACF Fiorentina and PAOK go on sale on Monday 14 November 2016. The match will kick-off in “Artemio Franchi” Stadium in Florence on Thursday 3 November at 19:00 (local time).
Toumba Stadium ticket-counters will keep the following working schedule:
Monday 14.11.2016 to Friday 18.11.2016: 09:00 – 17:00
Saturday 19.11.2016: 09:00- 15:00
Monday 21.11.2016 and Tuesday 22.11.2016: 09:00 – 17:00
Ticket prices vary as follows:
First category tickets: 60€ (only for season ticket holders in suites, VIP sections and Gate 1)
Fans’ gate tickets: 20€
Residents abroad interested in purchasing a ticket, should send their request to the following e-mail address: [email protected]. They will receive an e-mail message with all info required to complete their purchase. They will also receive another message with details on how to get their tickets. Please be informed that there is a strict first-come first served policy applied until all available tickets are sold.
Taking under consideration the Italian law and ACF Fiorentina’s regulations regarding ticket sales and control procedures, we need to specify the following:
- Ticket purchase requires the demonstration of ID card or passport
- Booking and purchasing a ticket means that you have agreed and accepted the following terms and conditions:
Fans accept without reserve that the match ticket has been purchased exclusively for private use and won’t be transferred to a third person.
According to Italian law, the details of fans will be given to the home club, for control purposes during access in the stadium.
In case a fan refuses to comply, the home club have the prerogative to deny them match access. PAOK FC bear no responsibility in the matter and therefore no refunds are available by ACF Fiorentina or PAOK FC.
PAOK FC are obligated to produce a full list of all purchased tickets and the names of their holders. This list must be given to the home club on 23 November 2016, on the eve of the match. The home club activates the purchased tickets by entering the list details in their database.

PAOK FC will not be conduct ticket sales in Italy, apart of course of those purchased on-line. Therefore, no fans will be allowed in the stadium if they haven’t followed the afore-mentioned procedure.
