Youngsters who defy kilometres…
It’s not easy to be a child and make life choices. It’s remarkable. Children who have decided to learn football at the academy of PAOK and don’t live in Thessaloniki realize in the process that to travel in order to train is a huge challenge for them and their parents, who take care of the commuting.
Numerous young players -16 to be exact- come to Thessaloniki from various cities this season, defying fatigue, time and pressure to keep up with everything. And they are worth the mention.
For the U14s, Michailidis, Deligiannins, Goumas and Papaevangelou come from Katerini, Ganopoulos from Veria and Koutsioudis from Chalkidiki.
For the U13s, Magis comes from Serres, Koupenos from Kilkis, Kesidis from Prochoma and Κalioglou from Nea Filadelfia.
For the U12s, Dunga comes from Serres, Bataoulas from Ptolemaida and Vasilis from Kilkis.
For the U12s, Αβραμίδης comes from Kavala, Anastos from Veria and Tentolouris from Larissa.
