Back in the groove with some running
After two days off, the players returned to training on Wednesday (09.10) for workout focused mainly on fitness conditioning.
The October international break has given the squad a great chance to both rest and work on general fitness so that everyone will be in tip-top shape when the time comes to return to Super League action.
Wednesday’s (09.10) training session was devoted primarily to fitness and conditioning. The players started with some work both with and without the ball, and then were put through their paces with some matches.
On Thursday (10.10pm) PAOK will train at 4:30 pm at the team’s training center.
