On the game against Aris:

«It will be a difficult game, we know that every time we go there, they give everything. It is a football game, we have to give everything too. We are ready, our goal is to get a victory.»

On whether he has given advice to some of the younger players:

«It’s a game of football, we’re going there to play for the three points. Of course it’s a city derby, they’ll see the atmosphere in the stadium when they go out there. We’ll try to do what we did in the last two games, play our own game and get the three points. That’s the most important thing.»

On the many new faces in the squad and the presence of many young players:

«We are in a transition period, Compared to previous seasons, we have a lot of young footballers in the team who have less experience, but that is football.

We are growing, we are going game by game, we are satisfied that we have won six points in the first two games and the most important thing is to continue like this. We will go there to win the game, it will help us a lot at the stage we are in. We are only focused on ourselves, we have to fight with confidence and win.»

On Konstantinos Koulierakis and what advice he offers him:

«He is doing very well. He prepares well, he takes his chances, and he plays very well; he has the whole future ahead of him. The most important thing is to stay grounded, humble, focused and constantly try to improve. He is constantly evolving, like the whole team, step by step. Even so, he is still at a very good level now at this young age.»

On whether he sees some of his younger self in Koulierakis:

«I always tried to pick up things from the more experienced players, especially from those who played in the same position as me. This is what Koulierakis does too, he works properly, he listens to us, and to the coaches. We are all on the same team, we all try to develop individually, but also as a team. That’s the most important thing, I think we’re on the right track.»
