After Thursday’s training session, the first on Dutch soil, players focused on everything but football on Friday morning. Their gear remained in the kitmen’s bags and they hit the gym.

Paolo Artico designed a very demanding circular program of muscle strengthening and explosiveness with a variety of drills: skipping, stabilization, abdominals, direction shift, skipping rope, jumps. Dimitris Konstantinidis continued his recovery program.
