He delivered on the promise he made in 2012, when he took over the reins of the \u201cDouble-Headed Eagle\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPAOK\u2019s debts become now my debts as well. I owe nothing to anybody and soon PAOK will not be owing either\u201d, he had said.
