He watched from the bench as Greece suffered yet another humiliating loss to Faroe Islands. On Tuesday 16 June, the national team faces Poland in Gdansk.<\/p>\n

R\u00f3bert Mak<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\"mak\"<\/a>\n

The Slovakian attacking midfielder stood out in the 2-1 victory over FYROM. Mak has recovered from his back problem that troubled him throughout the play-offs. He played all 90 minutes on Sunday, provided the assist to Marek Ham\u0161\u00edk for the second goal and created two decent chances but couldn\u2019t convert them.<\/p>\n

Ergys Kace<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\"Kace_France\"<\/a>\n

PAOK midfielder recorded a memorable comeback to international duty. Almost one year after playing in the friendly against Romania (31.05.2014), he was in Albania\u2019s starting line-up against France and was the one to seal their memorable victory.<\/p>\n

As right interior in Gianni De Biasi\u2019s 4-3-3 formation, he put on a very good performance. He beat Hugo Lloris with a direct free kick \u2013reminiscent of his strike against AO Kerkyra- for the final 1-0. He was cautioned and was taken off the pitch in the 80th minute.<\/p>\n

Christian Noboa<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\"noboa\"<\/a>\n

His task against the mighty team of Chile, hosts of the Copa Am\u00e9rica, was tough to begin with. Christian Noboa\u2019s Ecuador couldn\u2019t make it in their opening encounter and lost 2-0. The midfielder of PAOK was in the starting line-up and featured as a defensive midfielder in Gustavo Quinteros\u2019 4-4-2.<\/p>\n

Noboa touched the ball 41 times, had a 73,3% pass accuracy and helped defensively with two interceptions and two steals. His rating of 6,4 puts him in 5th place of Ecuador\u2019s players.<\/p>\n

Efthymis Koulouris<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The young forward of PAOK was Greece U19s\u2019 captain in the first of two friendly encounters against Denmark. Greece prevailed 4-2 and Koulouris scored twice (6\u2019 pen., 35\u2019) before getting substituted in the 70th minute. In the second friendly, a 2-2 draw, the 19-year old player of the \u201cDouble-Headed Eagle\u201d was introduced in the game after 63 minutes of play.<\/p>\n

Greece host the upcoming UEFA European U-19 Championship from 6 to 19 July at Veria, Katerini and Larissa.<\/p>\n

Stelios Pozoglou<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\"pozo\"<\/a>\n

Stelios Pozoglou was a substitute in the first Greece U19 friendly against Denmark and came off the bench at the stroke of the hour. He started the second match and was substituted at half-time.
\nGreece host the upcoming UEFA European U-19 Championship from 6 to 19 July at Veria, Katerini and Larissa.<\/p>\n

Panagiotis Deligiannidis <\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Deligiannidis recently recovered from an injury and he played in one of the friendlies against Denmark. He was introduced in the first encounter in the 60th minute.
\nGreece host the upcoming UEFA European U-19 Championship from 6 to 19 July at Veria, Katerini and Larissa.<\/p>\n

Timotheos Tselepidis<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\"tselepidis\"<\/a>\n

The tall centre-back came off the bench in the 70th minute of Greece U19s\u2019 first friendly encounter against Denmark, taking the place of his PAOK U20s\u2019 teammate Nikos Vasaitis.<\/p>\n

He was in the starting line-up in the second match and netted the opener in the 5th minute. He was substituted in the 75th minute by Vasaitis.<\/p>\n

Nikos Vasaitis<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\"vasaitis\"<\/a>\n

The central defender of PAOK started the first of two friendly games against Denmark and was substituted by Tselepidis after 70 minutes.<\/p>\n

In the second game, he got to play for just 15 minutes, taking Tselepidis\u2019 place on the pitch, but he did manage to score in his cameo (78\u2019).<\/p>\n
