Last summer, at the age of 23, he decided to leave his country for the first time and accept PAOK\u2019s offer. The season started on the wrong foot, as he sustained an injury in his debut, in the home encounter against SKODA Xanthi. He remained out of action for a long time, but didn\u2019t give up. He worked hard and returned stronger than ever.<\/p>\n
Igor Tudor<\/strong> trusted in him after his recuperation and he gradually became an indispensable cog of PAOK\u2019s machine. Scoring isn\u2019t his strongest suit, nor does it belong to his duties on the pitch.<\/p>\n That however doesn\u2019t stop him from testing his long range shot. It\u2019s exactly what he did in Leoforos against Panathinaikos, scoring his maiden \u2013and only- goal with the black-and-white shirt. But it wasn\u2019t just any goal!
