At the age of 43, he already has a 12-year coaching experience, boasts three titles, one qualification to the UEFA Champions League group stage and is considered the best young Serbian coach.<\/p>\n

He made a name for himself at FK Partizan, becoming the youngest ever coach at their helm and leading them straight to the top. In the spring of 2010, the Belgrade club were in second place of the standings, with seven matchdays to go. Aleksandar Stanojevi\u0107, brought to replace Goran Stevanovi\u0107, guided them to seven victories in as many encounters -including in the city derby against FK Crvena Zvezda- and won the Serbian league.<\/p>\n

His success guaranteed his continuity at the helm despite his inexperience. He didn\u2019t take his foot off the throttle. FK Partizan eliminated FC Pyunik, HJK Helsinki and RSC Anderlecht and qualified for the UEFA Champions League group stage. Meanwhile, on the domestic front, they won the league title and the Serbian Cup with Stanojevi\u0107 establishing himself and extending his contract.<\/p>\n

In 2011-12, FK Belgrade kept on defying their rivals, securing a 10-point lead in the league. However, an internal feud caused shockwaves within the club.<\/p>\n

The administration claimed that Stanojevi\u0107 and football director Mladen Krstaji\u0107 were responsible for the early elimination from European football. The fans clearly sided with the coach and even held protests against the club administration. However the glass had already broken and Stanojevi\u0107 submitted his resignation.<\/p>\n

His first coaching years and China<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

Before his FK Partizan days, the Stanojevi\u0107 had started his career as assistant coach at OFK Beograd. He got his first job as head coach at FK Srem and in 2007 he joined the coaching staff of Miroslav \u0110uki\u0107 at FK Partizan and the national team of Serbia. In 2008 he was appointed at the helm of Serbian U19s and led them to third place of the 2009 UEFA European Under-19 Championship held in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

After leaving FK Partizan, Stanojevi\u0107 headed for China where he took over Dalian Aerbin who were fighting for survival at the bottom of the Chinese Super League. He led them to fifth place and then moved to Beijing Guoan. Under his guidance, the \u201cImperial Guards\u201d made it to third place of the league and the Chinese Cup semis, while also advancing to the Asian Champions League group stage.<\/p>\n

In 2014, he had a spell at Maccabi Haifa FC, but then returned to China for newly-founded Beijing Enterprises.
