And his performances in <strong>February<\/strong> were another shining example of why.<\/p>\n<p>He may not have posted the impressive stats in terms of goals or assists &#8211; there was in fact only one assist, but he was impressive all over the pitch. Dominating matches in central midfield, he once more proved the pivotal point for his team-mates to flourish. Full of running, intelligent passing and leadership, he drove the team on and reveled again in his role as midfield maestro.<\/p>\n<p>And in the vote for the <strong>11888 MVP<\/strong> of the month, <strong>Mr Vertical<\/strong> beat off competition from <strong>Dimitris Pelkas<\/strong>, who was also in exceptional form during <strong>February, <\/strong>to bring home his second successive individual award after also winning in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paokfc.gr\/en\/news\/20200217-11888-mvp-ianouariou-o-misic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>January<\/strong><\/a>, while also racking up his fourth gong overall.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Joker<\/strong> got close to Misic, but he did not manage to overtake him.
