At the start, the players did some fitness conditioning exercises with the emphasis placed on speed, reactions and reflexes, while there was also a game of rondo.<\/p>\n<p>After that, <strong>Abel Ferreira <\/strong>took the reins and using an 11 Vs 11 match between the squad gave his players a tactical lesson.
