The program kicked off with some running exercises and rondo, ater which the players were split into two groups to work separately on both defensive and attacking tactics. After that, there was a friendly match whereby the players had to execute in a match situation the tactics lessons they had picked up beforehand. The last part of the session saw the players work individually on various aspects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tziolis<\/strong> and <strong>Michailidis<\/strong> returned to <strong>Thessaloniki <\/strong>after international duty and submitted a test for <strong>Covid-19 <\/strong>which came out negative for both, and so they trained normally, as did <strong>Tsiggaras<\/strong>, <b>Colak <\/b>and <strong>Koutsias<\/strong>, while <strong>Ingason<\/strong> and <strong>Wague <\/strong>trained individually and are expected to join up with the rest of the squad for training on <strong>Friday<\/strong>\u00a0(20.11).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Omar El Kaddouri<\/strong> took part in the full session without any reaction to his previous foot injury, while <strong>Douglas Augusto <\/strong>received treatment and will have an MRI\u00a0 scan to assess the extent of his groin injury.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dimitris Giannoulis<\/strong> and <strong>Enea Mihaj<\/strong> both continued their respective rehabilitation programs.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Friday<\/strong> (20.11) the <strong>PAOK<\/strong> squad will be back in for training at <strong>Nea Mesimvria<\/strong> at <strong>10:30.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Sunday (22.11) and the match against PAS Giannina is almost in sight, and the PAOK players are stepping up their preparations for the match, which will be broadcast via PAOK TV for fans living abroad.","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":607039,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[1520,5],"tags":[2248,2249,2340],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.5.1 -
