The home team took the lead in the third minute through Brazko<\/strong>, but the visitors reacted immediately.<\/span><\/span> In the 13th minute, Mythou<\/strong> stole possession for Zivkovic<\/strong> to feed Giannis Konstantelias,<\/strong> and the attacking midfielder equalized with a precise, placed effort.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

PAOK<\/strong> continued to control the pace of the game and in the 38th minute completed the turnaround.<\/span><\/span> After a period of sustained pressure in and around the Dynamo<\/strong> penalty area, Zafeiris<\/strong> fired home from close range t make it 2-1. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Alessio Lisic’s<\/strong> side started the second half strongly, making the score 3-1 in the 51st minute.<\/span><\/span> K<\/strong>onstantelias<\/strong> created the chance, and Santamaria<\/strong>, on his official debut in the black and white jersey, scored his first goal for PAOK.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dynamo<\/strong> battled back and reduced the deficit in the 77th minute via Lonvik,<\/strong> and the hosts pressed in the last few minutes, hitting the post through Ponomarenko<\/strong> in the 83rd minute.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Still, in added time, PAOK<\/strong> came close to scoring a fourth goal, but Kamara’s<\/strong> shot also hit the post.<\/span><\/span> The final 3-2 scoreline gives PAOK<\/strong> a slender lead as they seek to rubber-stamp qualification in next week’s return leg in Thessaloniki.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
