Garry Rodrigues spoke to OTE TV after the final whistle of the encounter against Brøndby IF in the UEFA Europa League play-offs.

«We worked intensely for these games and managed to perform well and clinch qualification. We played a great match in Thessaloniki and it was important to score many goals. We wre not that good today, but it was important not to lose and make it to the group stage«.
On his aims for the season:
«We must continue on this path and work hard. Hopefully we will do well in the group stage and win for our fans«.
On his personal aspirations at PAOK:
«I feel well here. I like doing my best for the team. It’s important how PAOK do however, not my personal performance. We are working hard and it will show. We are already focusing on our next game, that is what we care about«.
On his former teammate Boaki, reportedly targeted by the “Double-Headed Eagle”:
«We played together for one season. He is my friend. He is a young, quick forward that will fit well in our system in my opinion. We speak almost on daily basis and I advised him to come«.
