Everything that Vladan Ivić said during his press conference, after the final whistle of the encounter against Levadiakos for Super League matchday 1.
On Rodrigues’s case:
«Only those who want to, will get to fight by my side. Those who want to play for PAOK, will be with me. Those who don’t want to, won’t«.
On the winter transfer window:
«We are working on that, trying to find players who will make a difference and help us. That is not easy to achieve in January, as free agents are hard to find. We are looking for 2-3 players, in attack and probably in another position as well. We are all working towards that objective«.
On whether the team can get close to the top of the standings:
«Our latest results have boosted the guys’ self-confidence. Good vibes in the dressing rooms are also important. Their good mood is evident on the pitch as well. We will soon get closer to the top«.
On how he will handle Rodrigues’s case, if the player won’t get transferred:
«I need to talk with our administration. I am not representing PAOK in this matter. Let’s see what decision we will all take«.
On the issue of the central forward:
«Both Athanasiadis and Koulouris are working hard. They are working for the team, they both want to be successful and I am sure they will continue on this path. It goes without saying that I want them to score more, but they shouldn’t pressure themselves, because that leads to lack of focus. What matters most is that they give it all on the pitch«.
