Transition game and rest
The postponement of the encounter against AEL Larissa due to the unplayable pitch of AEL FC Arena meant some unexpected rest for PAOK players following two matches played in dreadful conditions.
Vladan Ivić chose to give his troops the day off on Sunday (15 December). On Saturday however, they trained in intense pace working their transition game from attack to defence and vice versa, through a series of drills.
There are no injury worries at PAOK camp. Stelios Kitsiou did part of training as he had symptoms of the flu and fatigue. Gojko Cimirot did decompression work. PAOK players will resume training on Monday at noon.
