There were all sorts of drills in the menu. The players first worked on their physical condition, afterwards they did control and passing drills and worked on their finishing against mini goals. The session ended with a half-pitch training match. The exercises of the goalkeepers’ session were very demanding as well, as you will see for yourselves.
