As Pablo Garcia has commented several times so far, the key is simply the hard work that is put in day in and day out.

Saturday’s (14.11) program started with some running exercises and rondo. Then the players were put through their paces on a number of sprint drills, while the finale featured a 8 Vs 8 friendly match.

Dimitris Giannoulis, who tested positive for Covid-19, has been training alone. The coaching team have provided him with an exercise bike and training elastic bandsat home so he can continue his recovery program to get over his recent groin injury.

Douglas Augusto had a scan on his knee but no serious issue came of it and the Brazilian continued to receive treatment and will follow a special program to speed up his recuperation so that he can resume full training with the rest of the group in the coming days.

Leo Jaba is also expected to return to full training again on Monday (16.11) after he completed a large part of today’s training session.

The squad will have a day off on Sunday (15.11) and will then be back in for training on Monday in Nea Mesimvria at 11:30.
