On his fitness status:

«I feel good, I have played a few games recently, I have trained well, and I am ready to help the team.»

On the current status of the team:

«We are going through a difficult patch. We have talked about this also in the dressing rooms. I think we have found what the problem is and the next match offers us an opportunity to solve it. We had a good result on Thursday in Europe and we must do the same against Lamia in order to follow up and keep a good momentum going.»

On what PAOK is missing, apart from the results:

«Whenever the team has a difficult period, the group loses confidence. This is part of life in football. Sometimes you have good results, sometimes bad. The most important thing is to react. We know what we are capable of achieving, we have quality, we have good footballers, and it’s jup to us to show that on the pitch.»

On whether he is optimistic:

«Knowing my teammates with whom I have been together for a long time, yes I am optimistic. I know what they are capable of achieving. We have to find the fighter instinct inside us again and put it out there on the pitch. We have a chance again in our next game to do just that and it’s up to us to start getting results; we have to start playing better.»

On the game against Lamia:

«It will be a difficult game. Lamia are a good side and they will come here to fight hard to try and get a positive result. We have to play our game with a clear head. We will have a lot of possession of the ball and we need to take advantage of that. And that means we must create many opportunities and score, but also have balance and not concede any goals. That is our goal, we simply have to win the game.»
