«All the guys put on a huge effort against AEK. These three points were very important. This effort was imperative, as it leaves hope for the future. If we display the same traits in our game at Peristeri, we will emerge victorious«.
On the character the team is building and whether there are elements to add in the future:
«PAOK have a new mentality this season and also apply a different system. From game to game, we make better use of this system as we learn it better. I believe that with time we will improve and add new elements to our game«.
On Atromitos and what he is expecting of the Peristeri outfit:
«They are one of the league’s best teams. They have maintained the same pool of quality players in the last two-three seasons. However, if we play as we did against AEK Athens and follow our coach’s instructions, we will get the desired result«.
