Intensive work
It was just another day at work. But it was a tough one. With more than 90 minutes of intense work and more kilometres than usually.
According to the schedule drawn by Vladan Ivić and his assistants, Wednesday’s training session was the most intensive of the week. Lots of running, explosiveness and speed exercises always with the ball present. After one hour of physical condition drills, PAOK players split into groups for a training match.
Miguel Vítor was feeling much better, but trained apart anyway. He will join normal training on Thursday and, if he goes through it without problems, he will be at the disposal of Ivić for the game against AEL Kalloni. Garry Rodrigues and Jairo continued their gradual reintegration program and followed part of training, Panagiotis Glykos trained with the rest of the goalkeepers while Giannis Skondras worked normally alongside his teammates. Dimitris Konstantinidis, Dimitris Chatziisaias and Dimitar Berbatov continued their recovery programs.
Thursday’s training session is scheduled to begin at 16:00 in Nea Mesimvria.
