Two stops before the end
PAOK are at the top of the standings after four matches in the play-offs and aim to remain there until the end.
After their second victory over Panionios, Vladan Ivić and his players have shifted their focus to the AEK match. There is scarcely any time between matches and the main concern is full recuperation.
Those who started Thursday’s match did special decompression work on Friday with drills in the gym and cool-down exercises on the pitch. The rest trained for an hour, working mainly on ball passing, endurance and finishing.
Regarding the injured players, Dimitris Konstantinidis, Jairo and Giannis Mystakidis continued their recovery session. Saturday’s training will start at 13:30 in Toumba Stadium and then the squad will travel to Athens.
