Full session and intense duels
Nea Mesimvria’s training ground turned into an arena in PAOK’s early Friday session. The coaching staff had a surprise in store for the players, a special drill that you will get to watch in PAOK TV’s exclusive video.
Friday was the first day with two sessions scheduled and the “Double-Headed Eagle” players were thrown in at the deep end just two days after the start of preseason. The heavy program was rendered more enjoyable through a drill that saw them play handball split into teams of two players, giving each other piggyback rides.
