On Saturday morning, they were treated to yet another demanding session that lasted 80 minutes and consisted of work on various aspects: power, endurance, technique. They did their warm-up with technique drills in couples and a 10-minute circuit with special technique exercises.

They went on to six exercises in aerobic pace, four drills with ball and games and two with running in alternate pace. They concluded the session with stability drills to strengthen their torso.
