Keep on working…

To Tbilisi and back. To Xanthi and back. Two matches, two trips and PAOK continue their preparations ahead of the second leg against the Georgian side in Toumba Stadium.

21.08.2016

In Sunday’s training session, the team split into two groups once again. Those who started the friendly encounter against Xanthi, went to Makedonia Palace for decompression work in the gym, the pool and stationary bike.

Those who played for less than 45 minutes and those who had the day off on Saturday trained normally in Nea Mesimvria. Their session consisted of possession and passing drills.

Panagiotis Glykos, who had sustained a knock in the right ankle during the encounter against FC Dinamo Tbilisi, did stationary bike and physiotherapy in the gym, while Stefanos Athanasiadis did just physiotherapy due to back pains. Monday’s training session is scheduled to start at 18:30 in Nea Mesimvria.
