«We mustn’t let our guard down»
He was the unlucky one of the encounter. He started out as left full-back, was very good in the first half, but sustained a heavy knock just before the interval by Bertos, who was sent off. José Ángel Crespo was substituted off and spoke to media representatives after the final whistle.
On his injury:
«I am not feeling very well at the moment, but I believe I will be better tomorrow. I received a knock and afterwards I couldn’t move my leg well. That is why I didn’t play in the second half«.
On the encounter and the victory:
«We started well and took an early two-goal lead. We let our guard down then and that wasn’t right. I hope we won’t repeat the same in our next game. We should stay focused on our plan«.
On letting loose in the last minutes:
«We shouldn’t let our guard down in the final stages of the match, like we did against Panetolikos. We shouldn’t be content with a 2-0 lead, but should go after a 3-0, even a 4-0 lead. That is what we need to work on in upcoming days«.
