Recuperation ahead of the Larissa game
The adventurous trip to Agrinio and 90 minutes spent on an unplayable pitch took their toll on PAOK players who did decompression work on Thursday ahead of the league encounter against Larissa.
Those who started the encounter against Panetolikos did decompression and recuperation work in the pool, jacuzzi and gym of Nea Mesimvria.
The second group of players trained normally. The first part of their session consisted of muscular strengthening drills in the gym. Then they went out on the pitch for technical and tactical exercises.
Djalma Campos followed the first part of the program and then did personalized work because of calf pains. Léo Matos recovered from a viral infection and trained normally.
Friday’s training session will start at noon in Nea Mesimvria.
