PAOK U15s to spend Easter in Bologna

Kids of their age expect Easter vacation in order to rest. But the youngsters of the “Double-Headed Eagle” will be in Italy, eager for European-level football.

PAOK U15s left for Bologna on Holy Tuesday, to take part in the “We Love Football” tournament (12-17 April).

“We Love Football” is a highly competitive tournament and, this season around, Juventus FC, AC Milan, FC Inter, AS Roma, SV Werder Bremen, Everton FC, Club Atlético de Madrid, FC Zenit Saint Petersburg and SE Palmeiras have all confirmed their presence. Last season, PAOK U15s took 2nd place, losing to Atlético de Madrid.

PAOK have been drawn in Group C, alongside FC Inter, RSC Anderlecht and US Sassuolo Calcio. The fixtures are as follows: Holy Wednesday 12.04, Anderlecht – PΑΟΚ 11.00 (Greek time), Holy Thursday 13.04, PΑΟΚ – Ιnter 11.00 (Greek time) and Holy Friday 14.04, Sassuolo – PAOK 15.30 (Greek time).

Quarter-finals are scheduled for Holy Saturday 15.04. The semis and the final will be held on Holy Saturday and Monday 17.04 respectively in Renato Dall’Ara.

PAOK U15s squad consists of: Konstantinos Balomenos, Dimosthenis Makris, Giorgos Lagonidis, Isaak Kiourtsidis, Theodoros Kaltsidis, Theodoros Pyrtsios, Konstantinos Grigoriadis, Aventis Aventisian, Giorgos Kalaitzis, Efthymios Theodoridis, Vasilis Grosdis, Panagiotis Panagiotou, Thomas Karamperis, Anastasios Sapountzis, Anastasios Temertzoglou, Anastasios Tselios, Dimitris Tsopouroglou, Giannis Saregos, Vasilis Altintzis, Vasilis Gortegiani, Giannis Konstantelias.
