Birthday party in the dressing room
Vladan Ivić celebrated his 40th birthday in the dressing room, right after winning the Greek Cup. According to him, it was his best birthday ever, at least from a professional point of view. His players made sure that he would have a great time.
He had to attend the post-final press conference in the press room of Panthessaliko Stadium. His absence gave his players plenty of time to prepare a special surprise for him. When he returned to the dressing room, he was acclaimed, heard the “Happy Birthday” song in his honour and blew out candles on a cake that featured him with a PAOK shirt on. He embraced all his players, one by one, thanking them for the surprise and their performance on the pitch.
