Preparing for Sunday
Super League play-offs are about to kick off and everyone at PAOK continue preparations for the best possible start to this mini league.
PAOK’s first hurdle in this six-match schedule is the team of AEK Athens who visit Toumba Stadium on Sunday (14 May, 20:30), just a few days after the Greek Cup final.
The players of the “Double-Headed Eagle” worked on their home ground on Friday. Their session focused mainly on the tactical approach of the game. They also went through passing drills and defending exercises.
Diego Biseswar trained alongside his team-mates again, while Marios Siampanis had an MRI that revealed a first-degree bruise of his medial collateral ligament. He will follow a special recovery program for the next 10 days.
Saturday’s training session is scheduled to start at 18:00 in Toumba Stadium.
