On the final stretch
It’s the final countdown for the encounter against Östersunds FK, on Thursday evening. Until then, the players of PAOK are working hard.
PAOK players and coaching staff spent the 15th of August on the pitch, as the engagements ahead leave no room for feasts or rest.
Răzvan Lucescu focused once again on tactics, with the encounter against the Swedes looming.
The session started with a warm-up routine, continued with the classic “monkey in the middle” and then the coach of PAOK took over.
He worked with his players without a defensive line, wanting to see their automatisms. Afterwards his troops engaged in a full-pitch training 10v10 match.
José Alberto Cañas, Panagiotis Deligiannidis and Dorian Lévêque worked apart from their teammates, but at a higher intensity, and are counting the days to return to full trainings.
Wednesday’s training session is scheduled to start at 19:30 in Nea Mesimvria.
