“Pantelis Kyriakidis” Tournament, part B
It’s been a long time since that night of 24 May 2009. But not for everyone. For Pantelis Kyriakidis’s family, time stood still then. Unfortunately that night sealed the fate of the child, a member of PAOK Academy.
Pantelis has been in a sleepless coma ever since. He was returning from a football tournament with his father, when the car crash happened. His father lost his life, the son is still fighting.
PAOK FC and their Youth and Development sections are standing by Pantelis this year as well, organizing the “Pantelis Kyriakidis” Tournament, the second of the season, on 29 and 30 December. Matches will be held in Champions and Leontes grounds. Age groups concerned: pre-child, junior, pre-junior and bambini.
All Thessaloniki academies cooperating with PAOK FC are participating in the tournament, along with Corfu’s Olympiada Karousades.
