Dear fellow Greeks!

I wish you all the best on the occasion of our national day!

On 25 March we celebrate our Day of Greek Independence, the pride, unity and triumph of the Greek nation.

We all cherish our love for Greece, but especially today, we feel our roots and our personal input in Greece’s historic path.

On this day, we are brought together by our deep sense of gratitude for Greek heroes who gave their life for Greece’s freedom and prosperity.

We have the duty to keep alive in our hearts the memory of our forefathers’ accomplishments and pass on to future generations the undying values and principles that forge Greek mentality: spirituality, patriotism and pursuit of justice.

On this day, I wish you from the bottom of my heart peace, harmony, prosperity and the opportunity to live in dignity and work hard for the good of Greek people.
