Happy Birthday Anderson!

Our midfielder Anderson Esiti turns 26 today, and PAOK FC would like to wish him many years of health, happiness and successes on both a personal and professional level.

24.05.2020

Anderson Esiti was born on May 24 1994 in Warri, Nigeria. He took his first steps into competitive football at the Bobbies United Football Academy and in 2012 he moved to Portugal with Leixoes.

While there, he made several appearances for the B team, and was immediately promoted to the full senior squad, making 45 appearances during the 2013-14 season. His performances caught the eye of Estoril where technical director Mario Branco decided to bring the player to the club.

He immediately settled in at his new club and remained there for two seasons, making 57 appearances. He was making a name for himself as one of the best defensive midfielders in the league and his displays attracted some of Europe’s top scouts.

Gent was the club who decided to take the plunge and bring the player to Belgium, where he quickly established himself once more as one of the best players in the league. Esiti played for three seasons with the Belgian club, reaching 95 appearances in league, cup and European matches.

From the summer of 2019 he has been a member of the Dikefalos tou Vorra squad, having already pulled on a PAOK shirt 19 times.
