New week, same mission and goals. After a day off on Sunday, the squad returned to Nea Mesimvria on Monday (25.05) to work on preparations ahead of the Super League restart.
The program was divided into two core aspects. The first included work on fitness conditioning through various exercises, while the second part was focused on football match-play.
Abel Ferreira went through a thorough playbook of tactics with his players, giving emphasis on passing and positioning on the pitch, while the session was wrapped up with a friendly match within a limited space.
On Thursday (26.05) the Dikefalos tou Vorra will train at 09:30 at Nea Mesimvria.
