Tzolis makes it two out of two for June
In only his first few matches with the Dikefalos tou Vorra, Christos Tzolis has managed to win two awards. fter recently picking up the gong for the Regency Casino Best Goal for June, the young forward as also won the nak Play of the Month.
In the match at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium against Olympiacos in the Greek Cup semi-final, second leg clash, Tzolis came up against Kostas Tsimikas. And the young forward put in an impressive display, with one of the highlights being his mazy run in the first half which had the home defender so much in a spin that he was left dumped on the ground on the side of the pitch.
In the vote via paokfc.gr for the nak Play of the Month for June, Tzolis received 76.13% of the vote to clinch his second individual award of the season within the same month. Dimitris Giannoulis came in second place with his attacking initiative against OFI Crete which lead to one of the goals, and in third place was Diego Biseswar for his assist for Karol Swiderski’s goal against Aris at Charilaou.
