Back to business with tactics
The PAOK squad returned to its training base in Thessaloniki following a week-long pre-season training camp in Pilio. After after undergoing Covid-19 tests on Tuesday (11.08) and having a day off, work began in earnest on Wednesday with work on tactics ahead of the upcoming return to competitive action.
Players and coaching staff gathered in Nea Mesimvria and it was time to roll up the sleeves once more. The training session included work on all aspects. After kicking off with some running and rondo, there were some possession games played out in limited spaces with a tactical character, and in the finale the players played out an 11 Vs 11 friendly with some specific instructions and targets.
Rodrigo and Douglas Augusto trained individually as part of their injury recovery programs.
All of the squad tested for Covid-19 on Tuesday (11.08), and the results were all negative.
The players will be back in at Nea Mesimvria again on Thursday (13.08) at 10:00 for training.
