International call-ups
A total of 12 PAOK players have been called up by their respective national team coaches as the international break for October kicks off.
John van ‘t Schip called upon Giannis Michailidis, Dimitris Giannoulis, Dimitris Pelkas, and Christos Tziolis for Greece’s upcoming friendly against Austria (07.10, 20:30) and the UEFA Nations League fixtures against Moldova (11.10, 21:45) and Kosovo (14.10, 21:45) at the ΟΑΚΑ.
Ingi Ingason will be in the Iceland squad for the home match against Romania (08.10) in the Nations League Play Offs and the home games in the group stage of the same competition against Denmark (11.10, 21:45) and Belgium (14.10, 21:45).
Omar El Kaddouri has made a return to the Morocco national team for the friendly games in Rabat against Senegal (09:10, 21:00) and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (13.10, 21:00).
Enea Mihaj is also in the Albania squad for the friendly against Armenia (07.10, 16:00) and the away matches against Kazakhstan (10.10, 16:00) and Lithuania (14.10, 19:00) in the UEFA Nations League.
Croatia, which also has three matches, have called up Antonio Colak. The Croatians will face Switzerland in a friendly match in St Gallen (07.10, 21:45) and will then host Sweden (11.10, 19:00) and France (14.10, 21:45) in the UEFA Nations League.
Charis Tsiggaras is included in the Greece’s Under-21 squad for the matches against Lithuania (away, 08.10, 18:30) and Croatia (home, 13.10, 17:00) in European Championship qualifying.
