Focus on build-up and transition
The days are passing by fast and the countdown to the start of the season is slowly coming to an end. Razvan Lucescu and his players continue to work hard so that they are 100% ready for their 2021-22 Super League Interwetten opener against PAS Giannina.
On Wednesday (08.09) the training session was mostly pure football. After executing some warm-up drills and playing some possession games, the coach and his associates gave special the squad some special… lessons on the team’s attacking play, but also on transitions from attack to defense.
Rodrigo Soares followed part of the session and then continued with some individual work, Ingi Ingason worked individually out on the practice pitches, while Omar El Kaddouri received treatment.
On Thursday (09.09) PAOK will train at 18:00 at the club’s Nea Mesimvria training base.
