Tactics ahead of the derby
With temperatures rising back to “normal” winter levels, PAOK returned to Nea Mesimvria and the preparations for the upcoming derby clash with Olympiacos continue.
The Double-headed Eagle squad are working on the final details of the match against Olympiacos at the Toumba, with the coaching staff placing the emphasis on the tactical approach of the upcoming match.
Friday’s (28.01) training session began with the necessary warm-up and possession games, and continued with a special tactics session lead by head coach Razvan Lucescu. The session was wrapped up with a mini-friendly match between the players.
Nelson Oliveira and Omar El Kaddouri both worked individually on their fitness out on the practice pitches and also in the gym.
On Saturday (29.01) PAOK will train at 18:00 at the Toumba.
