The squad for OAKA clash
PAOK travel to Athens to face AEK at the OAKA in a rearranged Matchday 17 Super League Interwetten derby clash. The Double-headed Eagle completed their preparations with a training session at the Toumba on Tuesday (01.03) afternoon, since due to bad weather the team were forced to change the time and location of the final pre-match workout.
The pitches at Nea Mesimvria were covered with snow (!), and so the training session headed for the city to train at the Toumba ahead of the showdown with the Union.
Players and coaching staff worked on the tactical approach for the derby in Athens, as well as on set pieces.
Razvan Lucescu can count on Murg and Akpom, who both trained normally and are included in the squad. However, Mitrita, who followed an individual training program, and Oliveira, who is continuing his recovery, are both sidelined.
The Romanian coach will have the following players at his disposal:
