It’s all «white» at training
It’s a well-known fact that Nea Mesimvria has its own climate conditions. While it was raining across most of Thessaloniki, PAOK’s training center was a wintry snow scene. No matter, the club’s staff ensured that the pitches were clear, and out came the orange balls so that training could go ahead without any issues.
After all, the Doubkle-headed Eagle have a crucial European match ahead of them against Gent in two days and the team are called upon to be ready for the big challenge of the Round of 16 of the UEFA Europa Conference League. The training program oo Tuesday (08.03) morning was mainly concerned with the movement of the ball and tactics – in both defence and attack.
Alexandru Mitrita is now back in full swing and taking part in full training, so the only name on the injury list is that of Nelson Oliveira.
On Wednesday (09.03) PAOK will train at 11:00 again in Nea Mesimvria, with the training being open for the representatives of the media for the first 15 minutes. At 14:30, Razvan Lucescu will be joined by Andre Vieirinha for the pre-match news conference at the Toumba.
