Colak wins Fans’ Man of the Match award
Antonio Colak came out on top in the paokfc.gr and PAOK FC Official App Fans’ Man of the Match vote for the Super League Interwetten Play Offs Matchday 2 clash against AEK at the OAKA.
PAOK recorded another great away win over AEK. Razvan Lucescu’s team completely dominated the match, with the home side unable to threaten at all, and in the end one goal proved enough for PAOK to leave the OAKA with a three-point haul.
The major protagonist and goalscorer was Antonio Colak. The Croatian forward scored his first goal with the club since his return from a loan spell at Malm. Beyond his matchwinner, he also produced a good overall display throughout the game, battling many duels with the opposing defenders all night long.
In the voting for the Fans’ Man of the Match, Colak had some tough opposition, but he prevailed in points and won the award.
In second place was Ingi Ingason. The Icelander also produced a great performance, winning all his defensive duels which contributed the most to keeping a clean sheet. The podium was completed by Lefteris Lyratzis. The right-back produced another mature display, making a considerable contribution in both defense and attack.
