On the two games against Panathinaikos:

«It’s a bit crazy and weird that we get into the 58th and 59th games of the season, and these two matches will be against the same opponent, and that these games will decide almost everything for our season. But what we have in mind is only today’s game. We want to win, to get second place. It’s in our hands, and we have the last game at the Toumba. We want the victory for this reason and to make sure we satisfy our supporters.»

On whether it was a strange season for him:

«It was a very intense season. We started way back in the early summer, now we are reaching the end of May. We have played almost 60 games and all the players had the opportunity to play, just like me, but these are the situations we are called upon to experience, just like everyone else, so what we have to do is win those two games and end positively.»

On how he expects the game with Panathinaikos to pan out:

«We have already played each other a few times, so there is nothing to hide from each other. They know us well, we know them well. In terms of tactics our coach has prepared us exactly for how the opposition will play, we know what we have to do and I repeat that it is an important game for us to take second place. We want it, it’s important to us. It is another final and we want to give everything to win.»
