Signed by PAOK in 2015 from Magnesiakos where he was playing in the first division of the region’s championship, Salamouras proved early on that he was a player with potential.

He plays in central midfield, with the ability to operate also as a second striker. A dynamic and quick-thinking player, he is another young player with a fine footballing brain. A league champion with the Under-19 team, he was then loaned to Volos and then Niki Volou, and he returned to the club to wear the black and white shirt once again last summer and is a member of PAOK B. It is also worth noting that he is a student at the University of Thessaly, in the Department of Economic Studies.

He was one of the team’s unlucky members of the squad as he suffered a cruciate knee ligament rupture in one of the last few training sessions. He is currently in the early stages of his recovery process.

Salamouras will continue to wear the Double-headed Eagle jersey for another season, and we cannot wait to see him back on the pitch quickly!
