A high intensity program
Thursday (08.09) was the peak training day of the week for the PAOK players in Nea Mesimvria, with a high-intensity program that included both tactical and physical work.
The session started with a warm-up, followed by a possession and circulation exercise played out in a large area, before the squad was then split into two groups. While one group worked with the coaches on defensive play and pressing, the other group did an obstacle course and played high-tempo 4-on-4 matches, with the roles then reversed for both groups.
Ivan Nasberg trained normally with the squad, with Giannis Michailidis now being the only player on the injured list. The Double-headed Eagle defender continued with his individual rehab program.
On Friday (09.09) PAOK will train at 10:00 in Nea Mesimvria.
