Focus on forward play

PAOK has turned its full collective attention to the game against OFI in Crete and the squad are working hard to be ready for the challenge of picking up another three points.

Thursday’s (15.09) training session started with a warm-up and some rondo. This was followed by a fitness exercise playbook focused on changes of direction and the rest of the program was dedicated to football.

Initially the players were divided into two groups – defenders and attackers – and worked separately with the coaches, while in the last part there was a mini-friendly clash played with specific tactical instructions to close out the session.

Dominic Kotarski did an individual reintegration program, while Giannis Michailidis worked individually out on the pitch as well as in the gym.

On Friday (16.09) PAOK will train at 10:00 in Nea Mesimvria.
