Kotarski’s amazing reflexes
Dominik Kotarski’s stunning save from Pineda at the ΟPAP Arena against AEK was voted the nak Play of the Month for October via the poll on paokfc.gr.
The Croatian goalkeeper denied AEK’s Mexican forward. The home player found himself one on one with the Double-headed Eagle ‘keeper and fired in a very powerful shot, but Kotarski was there. With a quick movement of his hand he sent the ball out for a corner and denied the hosts a goal.
In the voting for the nak Play of the Month there was a ‘derby’. Koulierakis‘ 50-yard ball to Lyratzis for Narey’s match-winning goal at Olympiacos was in contention as well, but finally it ended up a close second, as Kotarski’s save gathered 50.23% of the votes. The podium was completed by Douglas‘ clever backheel pass for Oliveira, which led to the goal against Panathinaikos at the Toumba.
