Tactics work ahead of Lamia
Razvan Lucescu and his players continued their preparations on Tuesday for the first leg of the Greek Cup semi-final against Lamia when they will hope to lay the foundations for qualification to another final.
Tuesday (07.02) was a day of tactics work in icy Nea Mesimvria. After the much-needed warm-up and some possession games, the players worked on different areas of the game through drills, while in the last part of the training session there were some specific sets of drills for each player.
Konstantinos Koulierakis’ MRI scan came back clean. The player is continuing to have some specific treatments for his injury and once the discomfort subsides, he will return to full training. Taison trained individually, as well as Omar El Kaddouri and Thomas Murg. Lefteris Lyratzis and Jasmin Kurtic both did a special program in the gym and the swimming pool, while Andre Vieirinha and Nicolas Quagliata both did some psysiotherapy.
On Wednesday (08.02) PAOK will train at 11:00 in Nea Mesimvria and will leave for Lamia in the afternoon.
