• Every supporters who comes to the stadium should, upon purchasing the ticket, do the relevant identification process via Gov.gr Wallet as quickly as possible, in order to avoid overloading the system before the match kicks off. Penalties for those who attempt to approach the stadium without a ticket are particularly severe and offenders will not be allowed to watch the game, and there is also an administrative fine. All children, even under the age of 12, must have a ticket, either for a single match ticket or season ticket.
• Around the stadium there will be strict security controls by the police, both ID and ticket validity checks. To better serve the public, the Toumba turnstiles will open at 18:30. Fans are requested to arrive at the stadium as early as possible to avoid possible overcrowding before kick-off.

• According to the new EPO Disciplinary Code, one infringement is enough to deprive the team of the power of a full Toumba Stadium. We must all do everything we can so that no part of the ground is punished with closures. It is strictly forbidden to throw any object from the stands onto the playing field and its surrounding area as well.
• The Ticket Service Department will be operating at the Toumba Stadium to assist those who have issues with ticket purchase and access to the stadium.
• PAOK again clarifies that teh club is not involved in the process of adding the digital ticket to the Gov Wallet from its purchase and from there, as well as in the process of transferring season tickets. For any technical problem related to the addition to Gov.gr Wallet or any malfunctions or people who do not have access to it, they should refer exclusively to Gov.gr Citizen Service (support.gov.gr) & https://wallet .gov.gr/support.
